NEED A SECOND OPINION?

At Integrative Medical Associates, we offer phone consultation services, making our doctors available to you wherever in the world you may be. If you or somebody you know would like a second opinion on a health issue or would like to ask questions about their general health then we can help.

A phone consultation may be especially appropriate if your physical condition, schedule and / or location prevent you from coming to the clinic.  

Phone consultations are especially appropriate for:

1. Getting a “second opinion” about your condition.
2. Recognizing what uncommon factors might be causing or contributing to your health problem(s).
3. Understanding comprehensive treatment options for your health problem.
4. Learning what diagnostic/lab testing might help provide insight to your condition.
5. Review your current treatment program to ensure it encompasses all necessary aspects to maximize a health lifestyle.

To schedule your initial phone consultation:
You must decide how much time you would like to spend speaking with the Physician. Recommended lengths of time for a consultation are 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

You may contact our office at (520) 297-9664 to schedule your appointment time and pay for your consultation with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover).

We may send you paperwork, which is to be completed and sent to our clinic prior to your appointment. The physician will use the time during the first consultation to review your past and present medical history and discuss possible causes of your health problems. Your questions will be addressed along with possible suggestions for you to discuss with your current health care provider.

Phone Consultation Policies
We cannot bill insurance for the consultation. You can send your receipt to your insurance company for a possible reimbursement. If you cancel your scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours there will be no refund. If you give us a cancellation notice less than 2 business days before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $50.00 is charged and the balance is refunded to you.
